We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and with all tags or packaging intact.
Certain products, such as customized items , may not be eligible for return. Please refer to specific product details for exclusions.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at malamantra.in@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). The item must be sent back to the address provided by us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund.
Refunds will be issued and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we approve the return.
If you paid via cash on delivery, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

Replacement delivery will be within 4-6 business days .
